You can receive these services in your home or our dedicated treatment room in Watton If you choose to visit a Watton location for your service, free parking is available nearby and Wi-Fi is provided. House Rules • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time. • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Please complete any consultation forms honestly and inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or recent treatments before your appointment. • For spray tanning appointments, please arrive with clean, product-free skin and wear loose, dark clothing after your treatment. • Mobile phones should be kept on silent during treatments to maintain a relaxing environment. • Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian where appropriate. • We reserve the right to refuse treatment where it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable. • By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms.

Booking and cancellation policy

BOOKING POLICY A £10 booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the cost of your treatment. The remaining balance is payable on the day. - Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the appointment are eligible for a full refund or transfer of the booking fee. - Cancellations made within 24–48 hours may be transferred to a new appointment at our discretion. - Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the booking fee being retained. Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in treatment time being reduced to avoid impacting other clients. All clients must complete a consultation form and disclose any relevant medical information before treatment. Alma Body and Beauty reserves the right to adapt, postpone or refuse treatment where it is considered unsuitable or unsafe. By making a booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.
