A required patch test for brow tinting and lamination services. Available for new clients or anyone who has not had a patch test within the last six months. Please book your patch test at least 24–48 hours before your treatment. A negative patch test cannot guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur.

House rules

Home-Based Studio Notice ByEllie is a home-based brow studio within a busy family home. As I live with a large family, some background noise is to be expected, and unfortunately, silent appointments cannot be guaranteed. There may be additional noise during school holidays, half terms and outside of school hours when more of my family are at home. I always aim to provide a welcoming, comfortable and professional experience for every client. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting my small business!

Booking and cancellation policy

ByEllie Booking Policies Deposits & Payments A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. The remaining balance is payable at your appointment. Deposits and appointments are non-transferable to other people. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. With at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be refunded. With less than 48 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new 50% deposit will be required to book again. Late Arrivals & No-Shows Please arrive on time. Arrivals 15 minutes late or more will result in cancellation and loss of your deposit. No-shows will also forfeit their deposit. Consultation & Consent Forms All clients must complete a consultation and consent form before their appointment. I will send the form directly to the email address or phone number provided when booking. Please ensure all information is accurate and up to date. If a treatment cannot safely go ahead due to a contraindication, it may need to be postponed or refused. I will contact you directly to discuss the next steps, including any applicable deposit refund. Clients Under 16 All clients must complete the initial consultation and consent form. Once I have reviewed the form and confirmed the client’s age, I will send an additional parental/guardian consent form directly to the email address or phone number provided for clients under 16. This must be completed before the appointment can be confirmed. If, for any reason, I am unable to proceed with the appointment, I will contact you directly. Adjustments If you have concerns about your treatment, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment. I will assess the issue and arrange an adjustment where appropriate. Adjustments are not guaranteed and may be chargeable after 48 hours. Thank you for respecting my policies and supporting ByEllie. I look forward to welcoming you to my brow studio!

Children welcome

Getting here: Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arrivals 15+ minutes late or more will be cancelled/rescheduled, resulting in loss of deposit.
