•Appointments must be booked within a minimum of 120 minutes of the desired time. •Cancellations must be minimum of 24 hours before your booking, otherwise 100% of the service fee will be charged. •No shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. Arriving 1 hour+ late or not arriving at all will both be classed as a no show. •The late charge is 50% of the service fee. From 10 minutes up to 1 hour is considered late, and your appointment is not likely to take place depending on how busy I am that day. ^ The late fee will be charged on top of your service fee if the appointment still takes place.
