House rules
Please arrive 5 min before your appointment and go straight to our beauty room. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Cancellations or changes to your appointment require at least 24 hours’ notice. Please arrive with no additional guests unless agreed with us in advance. If you have any allergies, medical conditions, are pregnant or are taking medication that may affect your treatment, please let us know before your appointment. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us keep GLAM a relaxing and welcoming space for everyone.

Booking and cancellation policy
• A £15 deposit is required for every appointment and will be deducted from your final treatment price. • Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment. • Cancellations or rescheduling within 48 hours will result in the deposit being non-refundable. • Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment price. This is because your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you, and we cannot offer it to another client with such short notice. A 50% deposit will also be required to book your next appointment. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled, and the cancellation policy will apply. By booking with us, you agree to these terms. Thank you for understanding 🤍
