Please arrive with your hair clean, dry and free from heavy oils/products where possible. If you have any questions about What service is best for you, just message me before booking. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may require a £5 cancellation fee before another appointment can be booked. If you simply don't attend your appointment, you may be unable to book again. If l ever need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, I will always give you as much notice as possible. Please let me know if you're running late. A few minutes is absolutely fine, but significant lateness may mean your appointment needs to be shortened or rearranged. I want to make sure every client gets their full appointment time, so please arrive on time where possible. Please let me know about any relevant hair concerns before your appointment. Photos/videos may be taken during appointments for my socials- I will always ask for your permission before posting. Paymentis due at the end of your appointment.
