Tips
You're free to tip us anytime, however, you'll need to state clearly if its going to a particular stylist or to the company. That should be clearly indicated on the receipt that you would have been issued earlier. Alternatively, you send an email.
Booking and cancellation policy
A $10 deposit is required to secure your appointment. You book everything through this platform & we will send you the ecocash details via email, which you can use to transfer your deposit. You can pop in the studio anytime & pay your deposit & get your receipt. For the pregnant/ post partum glam, a $50 deposit is required to secure your slot. For cleaning services, a $50 deposit is required. Walk ins are welcome anytime. A 15 minutes grace period is allowed. After 20 minutes, you'll be charged $5 for every 30 minutes. You won't be charged anything if you communicate in time. We don't cancel your appointment under any circumstance, we just reschedule or change the style / designed booked. Deposits are non transferable, non refundable & are deducted from your final bill. The balance is payable in cash or USD ecocash (+charges) or as a bank transfer (International charges apply) You can reschedule at least 24 hoirs before the appointment, & once, within 30 days.
