Eco Beauty & Aesthetics – House Rules We want everyone to feel relaxed and welcome when visiting our clinic. To help appointments run smoothly, we kindly ask that you follow a few simple guidelines. Appointments & Deposits * A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. * Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or rearrange. * Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. Arriving for Your Appointment * Please arrive on time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may mean your treatment cannot go ahead. * As we work by appointment only, please avoid arriving too early. * Free parking is available nearby. Children & Guests * Please attend alone where possible so we can provide a calm and safe treatment environment. * Children must be supervised at all times and cannot enter treatment areas during aesthetic procedures. Your Safety * Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, medication or recent treatments. * Some treatments require a consultation or patch test beforehand. * We reserve the right to decline treatment if it is unsuitable or unsafe.
