My 1-to-1 coaching is a safe, honest and completely non-judgemental space to talk openly about addiction, recovery, mindset and rebuilding your life. I’m not here to judge you, lecture you or pretend I have all the answers. I coach from lived experience, compassion and a genuine belief that recovery is about so much more than simply stopping using. Together, we can work on your goals, mindset, confidence, healthier coping strategies and the person you want to become. This 30-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk honestly about your relationship with addiction and recovery, and see whether 1-to-1 coaching with me feels right for you. There is absolutely no judgement and no expectation to have everything figured out. Sometimes taking that first step is the hardest part. Let’s start there. 🤍
