My 1-to-1 coaching is a safe, honest and completely non-judgemental space to talk openly about addiction, recovery, mindset and rebuilding your life. I’m not here to judge you, lecture you or pretend I have all the answers. I coach from lived experience, compassion and a genuine belief that recovery is about so much more than simply stopping using. Together, we can work on your goals, mindset, confidence, healthier coping strategies and the person you want to become. This 30-minute consultation is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, talk honestly about your relationship with addiction and recovery, and see whether 1-to-1 coaching with me feels right for you. There is absolutely no judgement and no expectation to have everything figured out. Sometimes taking that first step is the hardest part. Let’s start there. 🤍

Be careful booking with this coach. I booked and paid for a session last night for 12pm today. I paid £25 for the consultation. When I tried to contact them on the email below, the address counced back. I contacted Sarah on Inst but have had no reply. I have aslo has no one contact me by phonr or email regarding the appointment that I made. Does anyone know how to contat the retailer
