House rules
All new customers must book a patch test appointment separately to their treatment appointment. The patch test must be carried out a minimum of 48 hours before your treatment
Booking and cancellation policy
Cancellation Notice: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-Shows: Failure to show up for your appointment without prior notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. No re-bookings will be made until the fee is settled. Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a late cancellation fee may apply depending on the situation. Emergencies: I understand that life happens! If you have an emergency, please contact me as soon as possible. I will always try to be understanding and flexible where possible.
