Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Slotora account and all of your business data yourself, at any time, from inside the product. You do not need to contact us and we do not ask for a reason.

How to delete your account (2 minutes)

• Sign in at slotora.io (or in the Slotora mobile app).
• Open Settings — in the mobile app: More → Delete account.
• Scroll to the “Danger zone” section at the bottom of the page.
• Enter your password and type DELETE to confirm.
• Confirm. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Deletion immediately and permanently removes: your business profile and booking page, all bookings, all client records (names, emails, phone numbers, notes, photos), services and prices, team members and working hours, gift cards, passes and coupons, forms and submitted answers, email templates, and every user login on the account (yours and your team's).

What we keep, and for how long

• An anonymous statistical record that a deletion happened (date, country, business type), used to understand how the service is doing.
• Billing and transaction records, if you ever paid us: for as long as the law requires — the lines behind a VAT One Stop Shop return for ten years from the end of the year of the transaction, and UK VAT records for six — to meet tax and accounting obligations. Your name and identifiers are taken out of them wherever the return does not need them; the figures stay.
• Technical records: visit counts on our marketing site and expired sign-in links, for 90 days.
• An administrative audit trail: one line for each action a Slotora operator performed on the account, including that operator's email address and IP. It is kept after the account is gone, because it is the only way we can show a deletion was carried out properly, and by whom.

If you cannot sign in

Email hello@slotora.io from the address on the account and we will delete it for you. We reply within 30 days. If you cannot access the account's email, we may ask you to verify your identity before deleting anything.

Export your data first

Before deleting, you can download everything (clients, bookings, services) as CSV or JSON from the Data transfer page → Export. After deletion the data cannot be recovered.
