The people on this list hear the opening day first. Tell us where you are and roughly how big the room is, and we will write to you on that day — once.

What you are signing up for

An e-mail now, repeating what you told us, with a button to confirm the address is yours. Without that confirmation you are not on the list, and the entry is deleted after 30 days. Every e-mail has a link that deletes your entry.
One e-mail on launch day, telling you how to open your restaurant: draw the room, set the services, share your booking page.
Nothing else. No newsletter, no offers, and your details are never sold or shared.
If you leave a phone number, it is only used if you ask us to call — useful if you are moving off another system and want help with your guest list.

Your restaurant

Six questions. The size is a rough band, not an exact count: it tells us whether the restaurants on the list are bistros of twenty seats or dining rooms of two hundred, and we prepare for both.

What happens to these details

We use them for two things only: to confirm this request, and to write to you once when Slotora for restaurants opens in your country — and to answer you if you write to us. No newsletter, no offers, and we never sell or share them.

Why we may: you asked us to (steps at your request before a possible contract, GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).

First we send one e-mail asking you to confirm; without a confirmation we delete the entry after 30 days. Every e-mail from this list has a link that deletes your entry at once. Otherwise we delete it at the latest 18 months after you sign up.

Our e-mail and hosting providers process them for us under contract. You can ask for a copy, a correction or deletion, and complain to your data-protection authority. Full details in our privacy policy.

Why we ask for so little

Everything a booking system needs — your rooms, your tables, your services — you draw yourself, in the product, where it is useful. Here we only need enough to know where to write and what sort of room we are writing to.
