Talk to the people building Slotora for restaurants
One address for everything: questions before you decide, moving across from another system, press, partnerships, and anything about your details. A person reads it and answers by e-mail.
We do not offer phone support, and there is no live chat. Once your restaurant is using Slotora, help is inside the product as well.
Why e-mail and not a phone line
A restaurant rarely has a free minute between ten and ten, and nor does whoever would answer the phone. An e-mail waits until you have one, the answer arrives in writing, and you can forward it to your manager or your accountant without retelling it.
There is no chat window on this site either. If what you really want is to start, join the early-access list and we'll write as soon as you can open your account.
After you sign up, most questions never need this address. The help centre inside Slotora explains each screen step by step, you can ask the assistant beside it in your own words, and its Send to the Slotora team button puts the question in front of a person, who replies by e-mail from this same address. How help works once you are using it.
What helps us answer in one go
If you run a restaurant
The name and the town, roughly how many covers you seat, and what you take bookings with today: a paper diary, a spreadsheet, or which system.
If you are leaving another system
Which one, and what its export gives you. A CSV or Excel file goes through the import, where you check which column is which yourself; for anything else, we tell you what can come across and how, before you commit to anything.
If you write about restaurants
What you are working on and your deadline. We answer, and we say clearly what Slotora does not do.
About your own details
- On the early-access list and want off? The confirmation e-mail has a link that deletes your entry at once; or write to us and we remove it.
- Want to know what we hold about you? Write from the address you used and we send you a copy.
Who is responsible for what is on the security and datapage. The company's registered details are on the about page.
Before you write
Many questions are answered already, and you will have the answer sooner by reading it:
- Questions restaurant owners ask: price, trial, contract, no-shows, devices.
- Pricing, with what is included and how it will be charged.
- Switching to Slotora from paper, a spreadsheet or another booking system.
