Included in the price

Not tiers to climb: every restaurant gets the whole floor.

The floor

Your rooms drawn to scale, table shapes and combinations, and every booking on a real table.

The host stand

Seating, moving parties, walk-ins in one tap, the waiting list guests can join by QR, phone bookings, the pre-service briefing and an undo for the mis-tap.

Your booking page

Your own page for guests, with the booking rules you set, a link that lets them move or cancel, and no commission on what it brings in.

Guests

A card for every guest — visits, no-shows, allergies, tags — found again when they ring, and a guest book you can filter and export.

Reports and the log

Covers, chair use, turns, the bookings you had to turn away and why, and who changed what.

Everyone, every device

Unlimited staff and devices, each person with their own login; every tablet and phone sees the same evening.

Events

Free tastings, supper clubs and set-menu evenings with tickets and a door list, and private dining by enquiry.

Moving in

Import your old system's CSV or Excel export: pick the system and the screen shows its export steps; you check how the columns are matched and see a preview first.

Paper, where paper is better

The printable day sheet for the pass and the bar, and a QR card that opens your booking page.

What it does not include

No text messages, no WhatsApp, no AI phone assistant and no custom integrations: Slotora for restaurants does not offer them.

Questions about the price

Is there a contract?

No. It is month to month and you can cancel at the end of any month.

Is there a fee per cover or per booking?

No. Bookings, covers, tables and guests are unlimited, and there is 0% Slotora commission on bookings from your own channels. If you take card payments, your payment processor charges its own fee.

Who gets the founding price?

The first 100 restaurants that actually pay, per location, with the price guaranteed for 12 months.

We have several restaurants.

Up to four locations pay per location. From 5 to 9 locations there is 10% off the standard price; from 10, we quote. The group discount does not stack with the founding price.

What about Ireland?

In Ireland, €179 a month per location, billed in euro, plus VAT where applicable. It is a price set for Ireland, not a conversion of the sterling figure.

Do you charge to set it up?

No setup or onboarding fee when you set it up yourself, and the trial runs for 3 days with a clear end date. Nothing is charged without your payment consent.
