Testing the tier model against your own year

The row that differs in kind is “Price basis”. One price against a price that follows booking volume can only be compared with your numbers, so here is a way to do it in ten minutes.

  1. Count bookings, not covers

ResDiary's tiers are described by the bookings they include. From your own records, write down the number of bookings in each month of the last year.

  2. Find the busiest and the quietest month

Read ResDiary's current tier boundaries on its own pricing page, linked above, and see which tier each of those two months falls in.

  3. Add the extras you would switch on

From the add-ons row: SMS, the CRM and marketing package, POS integration, pre-orders. Note the usage charges if you take deposits.

  4. Set that against one figure

Slotora's price for the same location does not move between those two months. The difference you get is the honest comparison, and it belongs to you, not to this page.

The empty cells in the Slotora column

  • No EPoS, PMS or Google connection, and no listing on a diners' guide.
  • No CRM campaigns, SMS packs, dishes chosen in advance or vouchers to add on.
  • A guest card and a booking page instead: the record of who came, and a page where the next booking is made.

Questions about the lookup

Why does the table not give ResDiary's tier prices?

We print no prices but Slotora's, which are on our pricing page. ResDiary's pricing page is linked in the sources and is the place to read its current figures, which can change at any time.

Who owns ResDiary?

What would I lose by moving to Slotora?

Everything in the rows where the Slotora cell says none: integrations, Reserve with Google, DesignMyNight promotion and the paid add-ons. If you use those every week, the table has answered the question.
