Online booking

Online booking that never double-books

Your clients book themselves in at 2am while you sleep. Slotora checks every staff member's real schedule — split shifts, processing times, buffers, date exceptions — so the calendar is always right.

Per-staff schedules

Every team member has their own weekly hours, multiple time slots per day, and one-off date exceptions. Clients pick a professional or choose ‘Anyone’ and we assign the first free expert.

Processing time

Colour developing? While the product works, your calendar opens up for another client — like the big salon systems, but free.

Group classes

Yoga, lashes masterclass, group PT — capacity-based sessions that fill up spot by spot.

Automatic waitlist

Fully booked? Guests join that day's waitlist, and when a cancellation frees a slot with enough notice left to book it, the first 25 waiting are emailed at once. First come, first served — nothing is held for anybody.

Recurring appointments

Book a regular every Tuesday at 10:00, four weeks ahead, in one go — conflicts are skipped and reported.

Timezone & DST safe

The engine stores everything in UTC and does the local-time maths per date, so the clocks changing never breaks a booking.

A picture of what they want

Guests attach up to three reference photos when they book — the shade off Instagram, their own hair as it is now. You see them on the appointment before she walks in, on your phone as well as your screen, and you can tap one to zoom.

And they cannot double-book themselves either

Somebody who already has an appointment with you is shown it — the date, the time, the service — and asked whether she really means a second. Nothing is created until she answers, so an accidental repeat costs nobody a slot. A fortnightly regular just taps yes.

Guided setup, step by step

Every new account starts with a 7-step setup wizard — business basics, your services, your team, money at the counter, working hours, booking rules and sharing your booking page — with a plain explanation of what each setting does.

Front-desk booking in seconds

Walk-in or phone client? Book by hand with a staff picker and one-click next-free-slot chips — and as the admin you can even book inside the notice window that online clients can't.

The whole page, not a click-through

Your cover photo, your profile card and a gallery of your work sit above the times, and the calendar is on the page itself — a guest sees whether Saturday is free without pressing anything first. Six photos show straight away, and the rest are one tap away.

A long price list that stays readable

Group your treatments into your own categories and each group folds shut, so forty services is a short page again. The description and the photo wait behind a tap, the treatment you most want booked carries a “Popular” badge at the top of its group, and a guest can tap several services to book them in one visit.

Optional extras, described the way they work

List the add-ons a treatment can have, each with the minutes and the money it adds. On the booking page they are shown as information and arranged with you in the salon — and the page says exactly that, because they do not change the time or the price of the online booking.

House rules, good to know, and a map

Your house rules go on the page as text or as a photo of the notice on your wall, folded down to a few lines when they run long. Under them, a “Good to know” block answers what guests ring up to ask: the payment methods you take, the languages you speak, who your salon is for, parking and step-free access, and what to do when they arrive. Your address gets a map and a directions button.

Public holidays close themselves

Slotora works out the public holidays of your own country — the United Kingdom, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Germany and Turkey — for the next 18 months, computed from the calendar rather than typed into a table that goes stale. Tick the days you close and they shut for the whole team, and the exceptions you set by hand are never touched. Days decided regionally or announced year by year — a German state's own holiday, a Hungarian swapped Saturday, Turkey's lunar religious holidays — are not guessed at: you add those yourself, in the same list.

Pause online booking without going dark

Closing for two weeks, or refitting the salon? Pause online booking and the page stays exactly where it is — address, prices, photos, phone number — with a notice in the guest's own language and your own sentence about it if you write one. Only the times and the booking form go away. Your calendar and your admin carry on as normal, so you can still book people in yourself.

May we measure which pages actually help? “Accept all” also lets us measure our own adverts.

What exactly does this mean?

We'd like to use Google Analytics to see which pages help and which don't, and to remember which poster or flyer brought you here. Accept all also allows a Meta advertising pixel, so we can tell which of our own adverts brought a salon that signed up — and if you create an account, your name and email address go to Meta scrambled (hashed), never as readable text, purely so it can recognise that the sign-up came from an advert. None of this runs on a salon's own booking page. Everything the service itself needs works either way. Cookie Policy
