Import your clients from Fresha, Booksy or any CSV
Switch in a day: export your client list from Fresha, Booksy or a spreadsheet and import it into Slotora in minutes, with automatic column detection.
1. Export from your old system
- Fresha: Clients → the ... menu → Export client list (CSV)
- Booksy: Clients → Export → CSV
- Anything else: any CSV with a header row works
2. Import into Slotora
Go to Clients → Import (CSV), upload the file (or paste its contents). Columns are detected automatically — name (or first + last name), email, phone, notes.
3. Check the result
You get a summary of created, updated and skipped rows. Clients with an email are matched by email, so running the import twice never creates duplicates.
What about future bookings?
Add the next two weeks of existing appointments manually in the calendar (New booking → pick the client). After that, everything new is born in Slotora.
