Automations & loyalty: bring clients back

Switch on review requests, rebooking nudges, win-back messages, birthday greetings and loyalty points — then send one-to-many campaigns to the right clients.

What automations do

Automations are set-and-forget messages that bring clients back: a review request after each visit, a rebooking nudge when they're due, a win-back for lapsed clients and a birthday greeting. You switch each one on individually under Automations in your admin menu.

1. Set up the essentials first

  • Review requests: add your Google review link in Settings so the request points there
  • Birthday greetings: add birthdays on your clients' profiles (Clients → open a client)
  • SMS delivery (optional): needs SMS credits — email is free

2. Switch on what you want

Open Automations, tick the automations you want, adjust the timing (e.g. review request 3 hours after the visit, rebooking 28 days after, win-back at 90 days) and choose email and/or SMS. Save — the rest is automatic, and nothing ever double-sends.

3. Loyalty programme

Under Loyalty in your admin menu, switch on the loyalty programme: choose points per visit, the points needed for a reward, and describe the reward (e.g. 20% off). Points are earned automatically when you mark a visit completed; the client's balance shows on their profile, where you redeem the reward with one tap.

4. One-to-many campaigns (blasts)

Under Posts & campaigns you can message many clients at once — by email or SMS — and target a segment: everyone, regulars (3+ visits), new clients, lapsed clients, or a tag. Use {name} in the text to personalise. With a Nita package, she drafts the copy in your language; without one you get a ready-made template to edit.

Bonus: AI post from your before/after photos

On a client's profile, upload before/after photos. 'Make the post image' joins two of them into one Instagram-sized picture to download; with a Nita package, 'Generate post' — tell her what was done, if you like — writes an Instagram caption and Facebook text with your booking link included. Copy, attach the picture, post.

May we measure which pages actually help? “Accept all” also lets us measure our own adverts.

What exactly does this mean?

We'd like to use Google Analytics to see which pages help and which don't, and to remember which poster or flyer brought you here. Accept all also allows a Meta advertising pixel, so we can tell which of our own adverts brought a salon that signed up — and if you create an account, your name and email address go to Meta scrambled (hashed), never as readable text, purely so it can recognise that the sign-up came from an advert. None of this runs on a salon's own booking page. Everything the service itself needs works either way. Cookie Policy
