Free booking system for beauty professionals
Slotora is open in the United Kingdom, Ireland, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Germany and Austria. £0 a month, 0% commission.
Professional-grade online booking, reminders, gift cards, passes and reports. Everything the big platforms charge for, without the subscription — and without taking a cut of your work.
Made for one pair of hands. You do the work yourself — hair, barbering, nails, lashes, beauty, tattoo, massage — and Slotora is the diary, the booking page and the reminders around you.
Set up in 15 minutes · Switch from Fresha or Booksy in a day · No app needed for clients
Working with a team of 2–15?
There is a Slotora written for a salon with a team, and it is free in the same way.
- No fee per seat: the whole team costs what one person costs — nothing.
- Chair renters' money kept separate: mark who is employed and who rents, and the money from a renter's clients goes to her, not into the salon's takings.
- A front-desk login: every diary, the client book and the counter — without billing or settings.
The Slotora Shop is open
The products you need for your work, from our partner brands, all in one place — made for beauty professionals.
Bookings on autopilot
24/7 self-service booking that respects split shifts, breaks, buffers and processing time — one time is never offered to two clients at once.
No-shows, handled
Automatic reminders, self-service rescheduling, no-show tracking and an automatic waitlist that emails the first 25 waiting the moment a slot frees up.
Every client on one card
Visits, spend, notes, tags, her birthday and before-and-after photos — and allergies in a separate caution field that shows on every booking.
Gift cards, passes & coupons
Sell prepaid revenue from your booking page. Every card and pass carries a code: the client enters it when she books, or you enter it at the counter. Zero commission from us.
Reports that matter
Revenue, bookings, top services and top clients — a dashboard that tells you what to do next.
Five languages built in
Clients book — and get every email — in English, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian or German.
The page your clients land on
Not a form on a grey page. Your cover photo, your work, your price list and your free times all sit on one page that reads properly on a phone — and the confirmation at the end looks like your salon, not like us.
- The calendar is on the page — nobody presses “book” to find out whether Saturday is free
- Forty treatments stay readable: your own categories fold, and details wait behind a tap
- A map with directions, your house rules, and the answers guests ring up to ask
- Clients attach a picture of what they want — it is on the appointment before they walk in, on your phone as well as your screen
- Somebody who already has an appointment with you is asked whether she really means a second one, before it is made
Not just a booking system — new guests can find you here
Every salon on Slotora can appear in our public directory, where guests search by treatment or town, narrow the list by category and by market, sort it, and see how many salons matched. The listing is free, and a guest who finds you there books directly with you — 0% commission. Your booking page is a shopfront, not an island.

The booking platform is free — unlimited bookings, unlimited clients. We take no commission on your work. You pay where one use costs us money to somebody else: a text message, an AI-drawn picture, a minute of a phone call. Exporting your data is free, and our terms guarantee it stays that way.
See pricing detailsNita, the assistant — and asking her is free
Slotora is free, and so is asking Nita about your own salon: your own numbers, your own diary, what a service really leaves you after materials. What costs money is the work that costs us money each time she does it — writing your posts, talking to your guests, answering the phone. Nobody is opted in, and nothing is limited without it.
- Answers guests on your booking page — and takes the booking
- Answers the salon phone while both your hands are busy
- Writes the post and the campaign, and publishes them
- Tells you each morning which regulars have quietly stopped coming
What Nita makes for you runs on credits — you top up when you want, and every action shows its price before it runs. The phone line is a prepaid pack of minutes. There is no AI subscription, and every figure is on the pricing page.

Questions, answered
Is Slotora really free?
Yes. The platform is free — unlimited bookings, unlimited clients, 0% commission. Nita answering your guests on your booking page is free too: you switch it on once and it stays on. What costs money is text messages and the AI that makes something for you — a post, a campaign, a picture, the list of regulars worth winning back — and that runs on credits. You top up when you want to, every action shows its price before it runs, and credits you buy never expire. The AI phone receptionist, which answers your real line, has a fixed price: £49.99 for 100 minutes. There is no AI subscription.
Do you take commission on bookings?
No. 0% commission — including on new clients who find you in the Slotora directory, our own marketplace. Other marketplace apps take up to 30% of a new client’s first visit — Slotora takes nothing.
Can I move over from Fresha or Booksy?
Yes — export your client list as CSV and import it into Slotora in minutes. Columns are detected automatically, so most switches take a single day.
Do my clients need an app?
No. Your booking page works in any browser on any phone. Clients book, reschedule and cancel with simple links — no downloads, no accounts.
Is there a version for a salon with a team?
Yes — Slotora for busy salons, written for a team of 2–15 and free in the same way: there is no price per head. It adds a front-desk login, a column in the diary for each person, staff pay, and self-employed stylists' takings kept apart from the salon's. This page describes the version for one person who does the work herself.
What languages are supported?
Booking pages and every client email work in English, Hungarian, Polish, Romanian and German. Each client gets her emails in her own language.
Can I take payments in the salon, not just deposits?
Yes, in four ways. Show the guest a QR code and they pay on their own phone by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, with nothing to buy. Use Tap to Pay: an Android phone with the Slotora app is the card reader, and the guest taps her card or phone against it — everywhere we serve except Germany and Austria, and on iPhone with the next app version. Use a Stripe Terminal reader if your front desk is a computer. Or keep the card machine you already own and record the payment against the booking. Slotora takes 0% of all four; the card processor's own fee is theirs.
Will exporting my data ever cost money?
No. Downloading everything — clients, bookings, services, history, consents — as CSV or JSON is free today and will stay free. We put it in our terms so you can hold us to it.
Can I bring my client list across?
Yes. Upload your Excel or CSV export in the Import Centre — on the website, and in the app from the next app update: names, phones, email addresses, postal addresses, your notes, your tags and a blocked client all come over, and visit counts arrive as a line on the client's card rather than as appointments we never saw. Up to 2,000 rows a file, and the columns are detected for you.
Can I connect Google Calendar?
Yes, both ways. Your Slotora appointments appear in a calendar called Slotora in your own Google account, and the hours you are already busy there stop being offered to clients. Google sends us the busy times and nothing else, so we never learn what your events are called. An iPhone calendar (iCloud) works the same way.
Can I run my diary from my phone?
Yes. The free app for iPhone and Android draws the day like a paper appointment book — every free half hour visible — and books people in, moves them, cancels and takes the money natively. Importing a client list works on the website, and in the app from the next app update.
Can several nail technicians work in one account?
Not in this version: it is built for one person who does the work herself. A salon where several technicians work together registers on Slotora for busy salons — there each one gets her own login, her own hours and her own column in the diary, and there is no price per head.
Manicure and pedicure with different lengths?
Yes. Every service has its own minutes and its own price, grouped into folders on your booking page. Optional extras add their own minutes, and one technician can take longer than another for the same service.
Is there a team on your floor?
If several people work in your salon, and somebody else keeps the day running while you are with a client, that is a different job from one diary — and there is a Slotora written for it.
