Booking software for every service trade

Built around how you actually work: processing time for colourists, capacity classes for studios, consultation forms for artists — pick your craft.

Beauty

Nail salons

From BIAB to full sets — let clients book the right service with the right duration, pay with gift cards, and get reminded automatically.

Hair salons

Slotora understands processing time: while the colour develops, your calendar opens for a dry cut. That's an hour a day back, every day.

Barbershops

Your regulars book themselves in; walk-ins go into the calendar in three taps. No commission on anything, ever.

Lashes & brows

Collect patch-test confirmations at booking, keep infill cycles on schedule with recurring bookings, and sell lash-care add-ons with coupons.

Makeup artists

A bridal trial and the wedding morning are two different bookings with two different durations. Set both, take a deposit that protects the date, and let your portfolio gallery do the selling.

Waxing & laser hair removal

Laser courses run over months and waxing runs on a cycle — Slotora books both. Consent and patch-test forms are signed before arrival, and a six-session course is sold once, then redeemed with its code one booking at a time.

Beauty & skin clinics

Per-practitioner diaries, consent capture at booking and automatic reminders — the essentials of clinic software without the clinic-software invoice.

Tanning & spray tan

Spray tans run short and fast, so the calendar has to be exact. Set the real duration, ask the prep questions at booking, and sell ten-session passes that count down as their code is used.

Tattoo & piercing

Per-artist diaries, consultation intake forms with reference details, and a portfolio gallery that sells your style before the first message.

Built for the individual professional — one person, one diary.

May we measure which pages actually help? “Accept all” also lets us measure our own adverts.

What exactly does this mean?

We'd like to use Google Analytics to see which pages help and which don't, and to remember which poster, flyer or message of ours — or which salon's recommendation — brought you here. Accept all also allows a Meta advertising pixel, so we can tell which of our own adverts brought a salon that signed up — and if you create an account, our server sends Meta your email address scrambled (hashed), never as readable text, with your IP address, your browser's details and Meta's own cookie ids — never your name — purely so it can recognise that the sign-up came from an advert. None of this runs on a salon's own booking page. Everything the service itself needs works either way. Cookie Policy
