About Slotora

Slotora is free online booking and business software for beauty and wellness professionals: hairdressers, nail technicians, beauticians, lash and brow artists, massage therapists and barbers. Each business gets its own booking page, a calendar, client records, automatic reminders, gift cards, passes and a waitlist, on the web and in an app for iPhone and Android. The booking system costs nothing a month and takes no commission; only optional extras such as text messages and AI tools are paid for. Slotora is run by Belavin Limited, a company registered in England and Wales, and is open to businesses in these countries: United Kingdom, Ireland, Hungary, Romania, Poland, Germany and Austria.

What the product does today

Everything in this list is live for salons now. Nothing here is a plan.

  • A booking page of its own. Each business gets a page in its own colours, with its logo and gallery, where guests book online without creating an account.
  • Calendar and app. The diary runs on the web and in the iPhone and Android app, and syncs both ways with Google and iPhone (iCloud) calendars.
  • Reminders. Guests get automatic reminders and can move their own appointment. Email reminders are free; text messages are paid for by credit.
  • Client records. Visit history and no-show tracking for every client, with import from a spreadsheet file.
  • Selling more than appointments. Gift cards, passes, coupon codes, an automatic waitlist and group classes.

Why Slotora exists

Most beauty professionals work alone, and for them every fee a booking system charges comes straight out of their hourly rate. The large platforms charge a monthly subscription, commission on new clients or a fee on card payments, and their client list is hard to take with them when they leave.

Slotora was founded in 2026 on the opposite bet. A calendar, a booking page and an email reminder cost very little to run for one business, so there is no honest reason to charge a monthly fee for them. Slotora takes money only where a single use costs it money with another provider, such as a text message or an AI task, and shows that price before anything runs.

May we measure which pages actually help? “Accept all” also lets us measure our own adverts.

What exactly does this mean?

We'd like to use Google Analytics to see which pages help and which don't, and to remember which poster, flyer or message of ours — or which salon's recommendation — brought you here. Accept all also allows a Meta advertising pixel, so we can tell which of our own adverts brought a salon that signed up — and if you create an account, our server sends Meta your email address scrambled (hashed), never as readable text, with your IP address, your browser's details and Meta's own cookie ids — never your name — purely so it can recognise that the sign-up came from an advert. None of this runs on a salon's own booking page. Everything the service itself needs works either way. Cookie Policy
