The booking system your salon deserves — for free
Slotora is open in the UK, Ireland, Hungary, Romania and Poland. £0 a month, 0% commission.
Salon-grade online booking, reminders, gift cards, passes, team schedules and reports. Everything the big platforms charge for, without the subscription — and without taking a cut of your work.
Set up in 15 minutes · Switch from Fresha or Booksy in a day · No app needed for clients
Bookings on autopilot
24/7 self-service booking that respects split shifts, buffers, processing time and per-staff schedules — no double-bookings, ever.
No-shows, handled
Automatic reminders, self-service rescheduling, no-show tracking and an automatic waitlist that emails everyone waiting the moment a slot frees up.
Built for teams
Every team member gets their own diary and limited login. Clients pick their favourite — or the first free professional.
Gift cards, passes & coupons
Sell prepaid revenue from your booking page. Automatic redemption, zero commission from us.
Reports that matter
Revenue, bookings, top services and top clients — a dashboard that tells you what to do next.
Six languages built in
Clients book — and get every email — in English, Polish, Romanian, German, Turkish or Hungarian.
The page your clients land on
Not a form on a grey page. Your cover photo, your work, your price list and your free times all sit on one page that reads properly on a phone — and the confirmation at the end looks like your salon, not like us.
- The calendar is on the page — nobody presses “book” to find out whether Saturday is free
- Forty treatments stay readable: your own categories fold, and details wait behind a tap
- A map with directions, your house rules, and the answers guests ring up to ask
- Clients attach a picture of what they want — it is on the appointment before they walk in, on your phone as well as your screen
- Somebody who already has an appointment with you is asked whether she really means a second one, before it is made
Not just a booking system — new guests can find you here
Every salon on Slotora can appear in our public directory, where guests search by treatment or town, narrow the list by category and by market, sort it, and see how many salons matched. The listing is free, and a guest who finds you there books directly with you — 0% commission. Your booking page is a shopfront, not an island.

The booking platform is free — unlimited bookings, unlimited clients, your whole team. We take no commission on your work. SMS, the phone receptionist and Nita are optional paid extras. Exporting your data is free, and our terms guarantee it stays that way.
See pricing detailsAnd one thing you can pay for: Nita
Slotora itself is free. Nita is our AI assistant, and she is the exception — because every reply she writes and every call she answers costs real money to produce. Nobody is opted in, nothing is limited without her, and you can buy or cancel her yourself in a minute.
- Answers guests on your booking page — and takes the booking
- Answers the salon phone while both your hands are busy
- Writes the post and the campaign, and publishes them
- Tells you each morning which regulars have quietly stopped coming
Three packages from £9.99 a month. The phone line is metered separately.

Questions, answered
Is Slotora really free?
Yes. The platform is free — unlimited bookings, unlimited clients, your whole team, 0% commission. Three optional extras are paid: SMS (pay-as-you-go), the AI phone receptionist (£49.99 per 100 minutes) and Nita, the AI assistant (a monthly subscription from £9.99).
Do you take commission on bookings?
No. 0% commission — including on new clients who find you in the Slotora directory, our own marketplace. Other marketplace apps take up to 30% of a new client’s first visit — Slotora takes nothing.
Can I move over from Fresha or Booksy?
Yes — export your client list as CSV and import it into Slotora in minutes. Columns are detected automatically, so most switches take a single day.
Do my clients need an app?
No. Your booking page works in any browser on any phone. Clients book, reschedule and cancel with simple links — no downloads, no accounts.
Does it work for teams?
Yes. Every staff member gets their own schedule (including split shifts and date exceptions), clients can pick a professional, and staff logins see only their own calendar.
What languages are supported?
The whole product — booking pages and every client email — works in English, Polish, Romanian, German, Turkish and Hungarian. Each client gets emails in their own language.
Can I take payments in the salon, not just deposits?
Yes, in four ways. Show the guest a QR code and they pay on their own phone by Apple Pay, Google Pay or card, with nothing to buy. Use a SumUp or Square reader from the phone or tablet at your desk — that route hands over to their app on the same device, so it needs a phone or tablet front desk, not a desktop PC. Use a Stripe Terminal reader if your front desk is a computer. Or keep the card machine you already own and record the payment against the booking. Slotora takes 0% of all four; the card processor's own fee is theirs.
The app for salon owners
The diary, the client book and the takings, native on iPhone, iPad and Android. Your guests still book in a browser — this one is yours.
