Meet Nita
Nita is your AI assistant. From £9.99 a month she writes your posts and tells you which regulars have quietly stopped coming; from £19.99 she answers your clients, offers times that are genuinely free and takes the booking herself. Slotora itself stays free.
Sign up freeShe answers your clients, on your booking page
A guest asks “How much is a balayage?” and Nita answers: “Our balayage starts at £95 and takes about two hours.” She knows your services, your prices, your opening hours, your address and your cancellation policy — because they are yours, not a script somebody typed.
She knows when you are actually free
“Anything Thursday?” used to get “please pick a date on the page”. Now Nita reads the same calendar the booking form reads and says “Thursday at 4pm or Saturday at 10am” — real times, never invented, and never one the booking form would then refuse.
She writes your posts, and publishes them
Pick a goal — fill a quiet week, win back the ones who drifted — and Nita writes the Instagram caption and the Facebook post from your own services and prices. Edit them until they sound like you, choose a photo from your gallery, and one button puts them up. No copying between apps.
She tells you who to write to today
Sarah comes every six weeks. It has been nine. Nita puts her at the top of a short list with the reason written out and a message already drafted — and she learns each client's own rhythm, so the woman who has always come every ten weeks is never nagged at eight.
She reminds your clients on WhatsApp
Email, text, and the app your clients actually keep open. Reminders go out in their language, and anyone who replies STOP is taken off every channel at once — not just that one.
She tells you which service is worth the chair
A £120 balayage that eats £48 of product can leave less behind than an £85 cut and blow-dry that eats £3. Nita works out what each job actually leaves you after materials, and says it plainly: “Balayage leaves 43% more per appointment than highlights.”
Connecting her is not the same as letting her loose
Reminders, review requests and birthday messages she sends on her own. Campaigns and discounts she asks you about first. On AI Autopilot three more stop asking — the rebooking nudge, tomorrow's empty hour and the deposit priced to the booking — and each of those has a switch of its own. Refunds, price changes and deleting anything she never does — on any package, however much you pay. And every single thing she does is written down with the reason why.
One big red button
Pause Nita and she stops — immediately, with no confirmation dialog and no support ticket. Pausing does not cancel what you paid for; turning her back on is one press. An assistant you cannot stop is one you will never switch on.
What Nita actually does
Seven jobs, on the surfaces where the work happens. Every example below is a sentence Nita really produces — not a mock-up of one.
She answers on your booking page
A guest opens your page at nine in the evening with a question, and either gets an answer or leaves. Nita answers from your own services, prices, hours and policy — and when they ask about times, she reads the same availability the booking form uses, so she cannot offer a slot that is not there. The times come back as buttons: tap one, leave a name and an email, and the appointment is in your diary. If a deposit is due she sends them to the secure payment page; if the day is full she offers the waiting list.
“Saturday is busy, but I have 11:20 and 15:40 free for a balayage with Sophie — tap one and it is yours.”
On your booking page, for every guest. AI Chat and above.
She answers the phone
The phone rings while both your hands are in someone's hair. Nita picks up in your salon's name, quotes your real prices and durations, offers genuinely free times and books, moves or cancels the appointment in your diary, then emails the confirmation if we have the caller's address. She hands the call over when the question is not one she should answer.
“Good afternoon, Polished Nail Studio. A full set is £45 and takes an hour — I have Thursday at two, or Friday morning?”
On your salon phone, on the hours you choose. Priced separately: prepaid minutes, which tick only while she is on a call.
She writes the post you keep not writing
Tell her roughly what it is about — a quiet Tuesday, a new colour service, a bank holiday — and she writes the caption in your language, with hashtags for your trade and your town rather than the global ones that reach nobody. Every word is editable. The same writer drafts email campaigns to a segment you pick, with coupons that expire when you meant them to.
“Tuesday afternoons are quiet this week — £10 off any colour if you can come before 4pm. Message us or book on the link in bio. #blackpoolhair #balayageblackpool”

She notices who has quietly stopped coming
Nobody announces they have left. A six-weekly client becomes an eight-weekly one, then a memory. Every morning Nita works out each client's own rhythm from the middle gap between their visits — not the average, which one holiday would distort — and hands you a short list of the ones who are genuinely overdue against their own pattern, ordered by what they are worth, with the message already written. You send them one at a time.
“Emma is 19 days past her usual six weeks — last in for a cut and gloss on 12 June, spends around £75 a visit.”
Nita (AI), first thing. Slotora AI and above.
She tells you what is different about today
Not a dashboard of the same eleven numbers every morning. At most five lines, and only when there is something to say: today is quiet against your own Wednesdays, there is a fillable hour in Priya's column, money is still uncollected from last week, something is about to run out. When there is too little history to know what normal looks like, she says nothing rather than guessing.
“Today is quiet: 4 in the book against a usual 9, 55% down.” · “A 90-minute gap from 14:00 — still fillable.”
Nita (AI), at the top. AI Autopilot.
She tells you when to ask for a deposit
Two separate questions, kept apart: what kind of client is this, and what kind of appointment is this. Her memory of a missed appointment fades over a year, so a client who has come to eight since can earn her way back to nothing — and a Saturday balayage is scored differently from a Tuesday fringe trim, because they cost different amounts to lose. Up to AI Chat the suggestion stays a suggestion. On AI Autopilot she may set the deposit herself — more from a first-timer, less or nothing from a regular who never misses — never above the ceiling you type, never more than the guest was shown, and not at all if you switch it off.
“Medium risk — person 22, appointment 41. First visit, peak slot, dearer than your average. Consider a deposit — £24 (20%).”
On every booking's detail page, with no AI package needed. On AI Autopilot she may also set the deposit herself, within the ceilings you type.
She fills tomorrow's gaps
A cancellation leaves an hour at two o'clock. Nita ranks who is worth offering it to — the waiting list first, then clients who are due back, then the ones who usually book that service at that time of day — and caps how many people hear about it, because a gap offered to twenty people is a race that nineteen lose. On AI Chat each offer is a separate decision you make; on AI Autopilot she makes it herself — one client per hour, three a day — until you switch that off. Either way the link takes them straight to that service on that day.
“Kate is on the waiting list for tomorrow and always comes on a weekday afternoon — worth the first ask.”
Nita (AI). AI Chat and above — there you send every offer yourself. On AI Autopilot she sends them herself, up to three a day, until you switch that off.
Three packages
Slotora is free. Nita is the part you pay for, because every reply, every drafted post and every phone call costs real money to produce. You buy it yourself in the app with a card, and it switches on the moment the payment clears.
Slotora AI
£9.99 a month
She writes.
- Your Instagram and Facebook posts and campaigns, from your own services and prices.
- Each morning, who is overdue — with the message already written.
- Nothing is sent without you.
Most salons pick this
AI Chat
£19.99 a month
She books.
- Takes the booking herself, at times that are genuinely free.
- Replies in the guest’s language, asks for the deposit, offers the waiting list.
- Voice calls are a separate add-on.
Everything in Slotora AI is included.
AI Autopilot
£39.99 a month
She acts — these stop waiting for you.
- Offers tomorrow’s empty hour to the likeliest client — up to three a day.
- Sends up to five rebooking nudges a day, on her own.
- Prices each deposit to the booking, and runs the win-back ladder if you switch it on.
Everything in AI Chat is included.
The phone receptionist is separate again, at £49.99 per 100 minutes prepaid, because a call has a per-minute cost whether or not it becomes a booking. Cancel any of it yourself, any time; it runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
What she may do on her own
Every action Nita can take sits in one of three bands, and the band — not the package — decides whether she needs you.
Green — she just does it
Reading, drafting, ranking, answering a question about your opening hours. Nothing here changes anything or reaches a client without you seeing it.
Amber — she asks first
Anything that reaches a client or moves your diary: sending a message, publishing a post, offering a free slot. She prepares it and you press send. On AI Autopilot three of these stop waiting: she sends the rebooking nudges, she offers tomorrow's empty hour, and she prices the deposit to the booking — each on its own switch, and each written down afterwards. The win-back discount joins them only if you set the ladder yourself. Campaigns and posts still wait for you, on every package.
Red — never, on any package
Charging a card, issuing a refund, deleting a client, changing your prices. Nita does not do these, including on AI Autopilot. There is no setting that turns this off.
There is a Pause button at the top of her page in your admin. It stops every AI action immediately — mid-day, mid-campaign, no confirmation dialog — without cancelling your subscription. Your booking page keeps answering the factual questions, because those are lookups rather than opinions.
What each package includes
Every package contains the one before it. The middle one is the one most salons want, because it is the one that answers.

The first column is what you have without paying us anything. A tick means she does it. “You approve” means she prepares it and waits for you. The last three rows are never automatic, on any package — a human does those.
Publishing to Facebook and Instagram is built and waiting on Meta's approval of our app. Which package it sits in does not change when it arrives.
