Nita: what your AI does, what it costs, and how to stop her
The whole AI in one page: the three packages and their prices, what Nita may do on her own, what she asks you about first, what she will never do — and the button that silences her instantly.
Slotora is free. Nita is the part you pay for, because every reply, every drafted post and every phone call costs real money to produce. She is one assistant across your booking page, your inbox, your marketing and your diary — not four separate robots — and she works under rules you can read in a minute.
The three packages
- Slotora AI — she writes. Campaign and post copy in your language and tone, the daily rebooking list, and the summaries that tell you what changed. Nothing is sent without you.
- AI Chat — she answers. Everything in Slotora AI, plus replying to guests on your booking page in their own language, with your real availability in front of her.
- AI Autopilot — she acts. Everything in AI Chat, plus three things she does without waiting for you: the rebooking nudge (up to five a day, by email), tomorrow's empty hour offered to the likeliest client (up to three a day), and the deposit priced to the booking rather than to your flat policy. Each has its own switch and each is written into the log. Publishing a post and sending a campaign stay buttons you press, on this package as on the others; so does every discount, unless you set the win-back ladder yourself.
You buy a package yourself from Nita's page in the app: card details go to Stripe, never to us, and the moment the payment clears the features are on. No email to support, no waiting for somebody to switch it on at our end. Cancelling works the same way and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Green, amber and red: what she may do alone
Every action Nita can take sits in one of three bands, and the band — not the package — decides whether she needs you.
- GREEN — reading, drafting, ranking, answering a question about your opening hours. She does these on any package without asking, because none of them changes anything or reaches a client.
- AMBER — anything that reaches a client or moves your diary: sending a message, publishing a post, offering a free slot. She prepares it and you press send. AI Autopilot is the exception, and it is three of them rather than one: the rebooking nudge, tomorrow's empty hour and the deposit priced to the booking all go without you and are recorded against the client. The win-back discount joins them only when you set the ladder yourself.
- RED — money and irreversible things: charging a card, issuing a refund, deleting a client, changing your prices. Nita never does these on any package, including AI Autopilot. There is no setting that turns this off.
The stop button
At the top of the Nita page in your admin there is a Pause button. Pressing it stops every AI action immediately — mid-day, mid-campaign, without a confirmation dialog and without cancelling your subscription. Deterministic things keep working: your booking page still answers 'what are your opening hours' from your actual opening hours, because that is a lookup, not an opinion. Press Resume when you want her back.
What she knows about your clients
Nita sees your business's own data and nothing from any other salon. She is not trained on it: your bookings, notes and messages are used to answer your questions and are not used to improve any model. A client who has opted out of marketing is never contacted by her, and that opt-out is checked again at the moment of sending, not only when the list was drawn up.
Where to find each part
- Nita (AI) in the left-hand menu — the hub: your package, the pause button, and every capability with a line about when you would use it.
- Your booking page — the chat guests see, if you are on AI Chat or above.
- Marketing → Campaigns and Posts — where she writes.
- Nita (AI) → Phone receptionist — the phone line, which is priced separately.
