Client management (CRM)

Client CRM for salons: every guest in one place

Every booking builds the picture: visit history, total spend, no-shows, notes and tags like ‘VIP’ or ‘sensitive skin’ — searchable and filterable.

Built for the individual professional — one person, one diary.

Switch in one day

Export your clients from Fresha, Booksy or any CSV and import them in minutes — we auto-detect the columns.

Tags & segments

Tag clients freely and filter your list by tag — the foundation for targeted campaigns.

Intake forms

Ask your own questions at booking time — allergies, consent, preferences — stored on the booking, always visible to you.

Before & after photos

Attach before-and-after photos to a client's visits — track their progress over time and show off the transformation, with their consent.

Block list

Serial no-show? One click blocks future online bookings from that client.

May we measure which pages actually help? “Accept all” also lets us measure our own adverts.

What exactly does this mean?

We'd like to use Google Analytics to see which pages help and which don't, and to remember which poster, flyer or message of ours — or which salon's recommendation — brought you here. Accept all also allows a Meta advertising pixel, so we can tell which of our own adverts brought a salon that signed up — and if you create an account, our server sends Meta your email address scrambled (hashed), never as readable text, with your IP address, your browser's details and Meta's own cookie ids — never your name — purely so it can recognise that the sign-up came from an advert. None of this runs on a salon's own booking page. Everything the service itself needs works either way. Cookie Policy
