Social posts and your weekly free-times picture

Make a ready-to-post picture for Instagram or Facebook in seconds — how many you get, what the weekly free-times poster shows, and how to share it.

Two picture tools

Make a social post draws a poster about your salon from a headline, a short intro and a few points you write. Post this week's free times draws a poster of your own diary: the free start times for one service across seven days. Both are on your dashboard, and the AI draws the whole picture — lettering included — in the style of your trade.

How many free posters you get

  • Social posts: every salon gets 1 free a month, and any more in the same month take credits
  • Free-times poster: every salon gets 1 free a week
  • The weekly allowance starts again every Monday. Every press draws a new picture, so each one counts

The weekly picture, step by step

  • Pick a service — only services with a price are offered, because the free times depend on how long the treatment takes
  • Pick the first of the seven days
  • If you like, say how it should look: colours, mood, anything you do not want on it
  • Choose square for the feed or tall for a story, then press Make the picture

Check the times before you post

The times on the picture are drawn by the AI, so under the finished poster the screen lists every day and every time it was asked to draw. Compare the two before you post. If anything on the picture reads differently, do not post it — tell us and we will put it right.

Sharing it

Tap the picture to open it full size. On a phone, Share hands it straight to Instagram, Facebook or WhatsApp. On a computer, download it or copy its link — Instagram only accepts photos from a phone. Every poster carries a QR code to your booking page, so the picture itself takes bookings.

May we measure which pages actually help? “Accept all” also lets us measure our own adverts.

What exactly does this mean?

We'd like to use Google Analytics to see which pages help and which don't, and to remember which poster, flyer or message of ours — or which salon's recommendation — brought you here. Accept all also allows a Meta advertising pixel, so we can tell which of our own adverts brought a salon that signed up — and if you create an account, our server sends Meta your email address scrambled (hashed), never as readable text, with your IP address, your browser's details and Meta's own cookie ids — never your name — purely so it can recognise that the sign-up came from an advert. None of this runs on a salon's own booking page. Everything the service itself needs works either way. Cookie Policy
