What Slotora costs, and where your money goes

Slotora is free and takes 0% of what your clients pay. What is optional and paid, and exactly how the money from a booking reaches you.

Slotora is free: the calendar, the booking page, the client book, reminder emails, taking payments and the reports. There is no commission. Whatever a client pays for a treatment is yours.

Where the money from a booking goes

  • Paid at the counter in cash or on your own card machine: straight to you. Slotora only records it
  • Paid by card through Slotora — online deposits, prepayments, no-show fees and the counter QR code: this runs on your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank. The money never passes through Slotora
  • Stripe charges its standard card fee on those payments. Slotora adds nothing on top
  • Gift cards and passes: with Stripe connected the buyer pays by card on your booking page, through your own Stripe account; without it, the payment is between you and the buyer. Slotora keeps track of the codes, balances and sessions

What is paid, and optional

  • SMS reminders — a top-up credit, paid only for the texts that are actually sent. Email reminders stay free and unlimited
  • Nita packages — Slotora AI, AI Chat and AI Autopilot, bought and cancelled from Nita's page
  • The AI phone receptionist — priced separately, as a prepaid pack
  • Extra image packs for the AI pictures — 20, 50 or 150 images, bought once the monthly allowance is used up. A bought image never expires

Current prices are on the Pricing page, and on each feature's own screen before you buy anything. Nothing paid is switched on unless you choose it.

May we measure which pages actually help? “Accept all” also lets us measure our own adverts.

What exactly does this mean?

We'd like to use Google Analytics to see which pages help and which don't, and to remember which poster or flyer brought you here. Accept all also allows a Meta advertising pixel, so we can tell which of our own adverts brought a salon that signed up — and if you create an account, your name and email address go to Meta scrambled (hashed), never as readable text, purely so it can recognise that the sign-up came from an advert. None of this runs on a salon's own booking page. Everything the service itself needs works either way. Cookie Policy
