Connect the accounting system you already use and Slotora issues the invoice as soon as a booking is paid — or the moment you mark it complete, for cash on the day. The document number, the VAT and the PDF all land back on the booking, so nobody is typing anything twice at the end of the week.

Xero for the UK
Connect your Xero organisation and invoices are created there automatically, with the right VAT treatment and a link straight to the online invoice.
VAT done properly
Prices are VAT-inclusive, so the net and the VAT are derived backwards and always add up to the gross. Forint amounts stay whole — the Hungarian systems reject anything else.
Company or private client
Store a client's company name, tax number and billing address on their record. If a company name is there, the invoice goes to the company; otherwise it goes to the person.
Automatic, or on demand
Leave auto-issue on and forget about it, or switch it off and raise invoices one at a time from the booking screen.
A failure never breaks a booking
If the accounting system rejects something, the booking is unaffected. You see their exact message on the booking and can fix it and retry.
