Getting help: Nita, a problem report, and other owners

Where to turn when something is unclear or not working: the assistant in your admin, the problem report that reaches us with the details already filled in, and the Hungarian owners' Facebook group.

Ask Nita

The assistant in your admin answers 'where is it' and 'how does it work' from this help centre, and questions about your own diary, clients and takings from your own data — free and unlimited. Open questions she cannot look up are answered by an AI model: every salon gets 30 a month free, and they are unlimited on a Nita package.

Report a problem

Get help in the left menu opens 'Report a problem'. Write what happened, add a screenshot if you can (JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 4 MB) and press 'Send the report'. It reaches us together with the page you were on and the browser you used, so you do not have to explain either, and we reply to your email address.

Other owners, in Hungary

Hungarian owners have a Facebook group, 'Minden ami Slotora', to ask questions, share ideas and help each other: facebook.com/groups/1118946287135404. New Hungarian salons get the invitation in their welcome email.

May we measure which pages actually help? “Accept all” also lets us measure our own adverts.

What exactly does this mean?

We'd like to use Google Analytics to see which pages help and which don't, and to remember which poster or flyer brought you here. Accept all also allows a Meta advertising pixel, so we can tell which of our own adverts brought a salon that signed up — and if you create an account, your name and email address go to Meta scrambled (hashed), never as readable text, purely so it can recognise that the sign-up came from an advert. None of this runs on a salon's own booking page. Everything the service itself needs works either way. Cookie Policy
