Recurring appointments & multi-service bookings

Book a regular's next six visits in one go, and let clients book several services back-to-back in a single appointment without gaps in your diary.

Recurring appointments (admin)

In New booking, set Repeat to Every week, Every 2 weeks, Every 3 weeks or Every 4 weeks and choose the number of occurrences (2 to 12). The whole series is booked at the same time of day; dates that clash with existing bookings are skipped and reported to you.

Multi-service bookings (clients)

On your booking page, clients can tap more than one service in the list — up to six. Slotora offers only team members who do every chosen service, finds times where the services fit back-to-back with the same person, shows the combined price and duration, and books the whole visit in one go.

Good to know

  • Multi-service bookings are for one-on-one services: group classes, and services sold by the hour or per person, are booked on their own
  • Each service keeps its own buffers between the two treatments
  • Gift card, pass and coupon codes work on multi-service bookings too: a gift card or coupon applies to the whole visit, and a pass pays for its own service
  • A repeating booking cannot have several services, and in approval mode one approval confirms the whole visit

May we measure which pages actually help? “Accept all” also lets us measure our own adverts.

What exactly does this mean?

We'd like to use Google Analytics to see which pages help and which don't, and to remember which poster, flyer or message of ours — or which salon's recommendation — brought you here. Accept all also allows a Meta advertising pixel, so we can tell which of our own adverts brought a salon that signed up — and if you create an account, our server sends Meta your email address scrambled (hashed), never as readable text, with your IP address, your browser's details and Meta's own cookie ids — never your name — purely so it can recognise that the sign-up came from an advert. None of this runs on a salon's own booking page. Everything the service itself needs works either way. Cookie Policy
