Reports, the CSV export and the day-end close

What the Reports page shows for the last 30 or 90 days or this month, what 'booked' and 'collected' mean, the bookings export, and how the day-end cash count works.

Reports in the left menu shows your numbers for the last 30 days, the last 90 days or this month: revenue, bookings, average booking value, cancellations, no-shows, new clients, occupancy (booked time against open hours), returning clients, revenue by day, bookings by weekday, top services, top clients and team performance. It is not open to staff logins.

Booked and collected

'Booked' is what the diary was worth; 'Collected' is the money actually taken. Tips are counted on their own. You can also ask Nita — 'how did today go', 'what was our revenue last week' — and she answers from the same figures.

Export

'Export CSV' downloads your bookings from 90 days ago onwards, future ones included, whichever period you picked; the app exports the period you picked. Your clients, bookings and services in full are under Import → 'Export your data'.

Day-end close

'Day-end close' shows the day's payments by payment method and by team member, with tips, and a 'Cash count': what is 'Expected in the drawer' — the cash payments and cash tips taken that day — against what you 'Counted', so you see at once whether it is balanced, short or over. Add a note if it did not balance and press 'Save close'. Only an owner or admin can close the day.

May we measure which pages actually help? “Accept all” also lets us measure our own adverts.

What exactly does this mean?

We'd like to use Google Analytics to see which pages help and which don't, and to remember which poster, flyer or message of ours — or which salon's recommendation — brought you here. Accept all also allows a Meta advertising pixel, so we can tell which of our own adverts brought a salon that signed up — and if you create an account, our server sends Meta your email address scrambled (hashed), never as readable text, with your IP address, your browser's details and Meta's own cookie ids — never your name — purely so it can recognise that the sign-up came from an advert. None of this runs on a salon's own booking page. Everything the service itself needs works either way. Cookie Policy
