Treatwell is a marketplace first and salon software second, and it is upfront about the trade: it brings you strangers and takes a cut of their first visit. The cut is the largest on this site, so it is worth knowing the number before you sign. Everything below comes from Treatwell's own partner pricing page. In Ireland the numbers are the same ones: treatwell.ie/partners/pricing/, read on 19 September 2026, publishes the same 35% on a new marketplace client's first booking, 0% on repeats and 2.5% on online prepayments, and no subscription price there either.

The honest caveat
Treatwell is the better choice for a salon that needs to fill chairs this month and has no client list of its own: it is one of the largest beauty marketplaces in Europe, and reach at that scale is the one thing we cannot match. Their published terms are 35% of a new marketplace client's first booking, 0% on repeats and 2.5% on online prepayments, with no subscription price published at all — so you cannot budget from their website, and because they do not sync with another management system, signing up means running your diary in theirs. Slotora is for the owner who already has the client list, and would rather not hand a third of a first visit to anybody.
Is there a team on your floor?
If several people work in your salon, and somebody else keeps the day running while you are with a client, that is a different job from one diary — and there is a Slotora written for it.
