HelpGetting started

Getting started: your first booking in 15 minutes

The complete setup path from empty account to first booking: services and prices, working hours, brand colours and logo — then sharing your booking link.

1. Create your account and business

Sign up with your email and click the confirmation link we send you. Then enter your business name, country, time zone, currency, your booking page's primary language and what you do. Your booking page address (slotora.io/b/your-name) is created automatically from your business name.

2. Add your services

Go to Services and add each treatment with its duration and price. Set buffers if you need turnaround time, and processing time for treatments like colour where you're free mid-service. Group classes get a capacity (number of spots) instead of processing time.

3. Set your working hours

In Working hours, set each weekday's time slots — you can add several per day for split shifts. Use date exceptions for one-off closures or special hours.

4. Make it yours

In Settings, pick your brand colour (any colour works — text adjusts automatically), upload your logo and cover photo, and write a short description. Add team photos under Team and work photos under Gallery.

5. Share your link

Your booking page is live immediately. Put the link in your Instagram bio, your Google Business Profile and your website — see our dedicated guides for each.

May we measure which pages actually help? “Accept all” also lets us measure our own adverts.

What exactly does this mean?

We'd like to use Google Analytics to see which pages help and which don't, and to remember which poster or flyer brought you here. Accept all also allows a Meta advertising pixel, so we can tell which of our own adverts brought a salon that signed up — and if you create an account, your name and email address go to Meta scrambled (hashed), never as readable text, purely so it can recognise that the sign-up came from an advert. None of this runs on a salon's own booking page. Everything the service itself needs works either way. Cookie Policy
